Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals to join them as Entry Level Sales Associates.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers across local communities, representing well-known brands and campaigns while developing real-world sales, communication, and customer engagement skills.

No experience? No problem. Full training is provided from day one.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

Engaging with customers through face-to-face conversations

Introducing customers to products, services, and campaigns

Building rapport and understanding customer requirements

Delivering engaging and professional sales presentations

Guiding customers through the sales or sign-up process

Working towards personal and team-based targets

Building long-term customer relationships

Representing campaigns professionally within residential communities and local areas

Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
