Groundworks Foreman

GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN REQUIRED – BIRMINGHAM 🚧

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworks Foreman to join our team on projects in Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands area.

Duties will include:

• Supervising and managing groundworks gangs on site.
• Overseeing drainage, foundations, ducting, kerbing and roadworks.
• Reading and working from site drawings.
• Organising daily workloads and coordinating site operatives.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintaining health and safety procedures on site.
• Liaising with site managers and keeping projects on schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
• Relevant tickets and qualifications preferred.

📍 Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas.

💷 Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience.
