Groundworks Foreman

GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN WANTED – ESSEX 🚧

We are looking for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team on projects across Essex.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering, with the ability to manage a gang, organise daily workloads and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Supervising and managing groundworks gangs on site
• Overseeing drainage, foundations, roads, kerbing and external works
• Reading and working from site drawings
• Organising labour, plant and materials
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Ensuring projects stay on programme and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman
• Good knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to organise and motivate a site team
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work to deadlines
• Relevant qualifications and CSCS card preferred

📍 Location: Essex
💰 Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
📅 Start: Available immediately or by arrangement
