Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator

Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator – Warrington - up to £28,000 DOE

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator to join our team at a well-established property organisation.

The Role

As the first point of contact for the building, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our tenants, visitors and clients. You will also coordinate general facilities and maintenance requirements across the building.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming tenants, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Dealing with day-to-day tenant enquiries and requests
• Responding to emails and general correspondence
• Logging, coordinating and following up maintenance issues
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs and services
• Keeping tenants updated on maintenance and facilities issues
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the business centre
• Monitoring communal areas and reporting any issues
• Coordinating deliveries, post and other general reception duties
• Assisting with meeting rooms and shared facilities where required
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance requests and contractor visits
• Supporting health & safety and general building procedures
• Helping to ensure the business centre remains clean, presentable and well maintained
• Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the centre

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Confident communicating with tenants, contractors and visitors
• Comfortable answering phones and dealing with enquiries
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Confident using standard office systems and email
• Previous reception, facilities, property or customer service experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
