Experienced Social Worker required for Locality team, starting ASAP on a 6 month contract.

Duties

• Older people in a care management role
• Completing safeguarding enquiries
• Care Act assessments
• Participation in duty rota

Must be a car driver, and home working is to be discussed at interview.
