The business operates exclusively within the local region, covering Buckinghamshire, Berkshire & Oxfordshire, allowing engineers to maintain an excellent work-life balance without extensive travel into London.

Their client portfolio consists entirely of commercial properties across local authorities, office buildings, telecoms and NHS sites.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out installation, service, maintenance and fault-finding duties when required.

Equipment Worked On:

VRV Systems
VRF Systems
Split Systems
Multi-Split Systems
Air Handling Units (AHUs)
Key Responsibilities:

Installation across high end commercial clients.
Service and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
System repairs and breakdown attendance
Working across a variety of commercial client sites
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience within commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance
Experience working on VRV, VRF, Split, Multi-Split and AHU systems
Competent fault-finding skills
Experience carrying out compressor changes and major repairs
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong customer-facing communication skills

Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way

Call out - 1 in 13/14. - D2D on call.

Overtime opportunities available - Evenings and Saturday morning would be at x1.5 hourly rate. Sat pm and Sunday would be at x2 hourly rate
Overtime rates apply to travel time beyond the first 30 minutes each way
