Workforce Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business in West Bromwich for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join their team on a permanent basis.

PAY & HOURS

£14.50 per hour basic rate
22% rotating shift allowance added
£17.69 per hour including shift allowance
39 hours per week
Permanent position
Rotating shifts

⏰ ROTATING SHIFT PATTERN

Week 1:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm

Week 2:
Monday – Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm

THE ROLE

As a Press Brake Setter, you will be responsible for:

Setting and operating Press Brake machinery and associated equipment
Programming machines and making adjustments in line with engineering drawings
Producing components to the required quality and production targets
Carrying out quality checks and taking ownership of the parts produced
Maintaining accurate production and quality records
Maintaining excellent 5S and housekeeping standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter with:

Previous Press Brake setting and operating experience
Good knowledge of Press Brake machinery and processes
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work towards production targets
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good team-working skills
A commitment to Health & Safety
