Position: Senior Powered Access Engineer
Salary: £43,260 basic
OTE: £50,000+
Shifts: Monday – Friday 45 hour week

My client is a rapidly growing national provider of powered access and plant equipment, looking for an experienced Senior Powered Access Engineer to join their team.
The Role:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and engineer workloads.
Plan servicing, repairs, PDI and LOLER inspections to maximise fleet availability.
Carry out hands-on servicing, maintenance and fault-finding.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic faults.
Lead, support and motivate a team of engineers.
Work closely with the hire office to ensure equipment is ready for hire.
Manage workloads and priorities within a busy hire environment.What You’ll Need:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
Experience within powered access, plant, forklifts or similar.
Strong mechanical, electrical/hydraulic and diagnostic skills.
LOLER and PDI experience.
CAP licence essential.
Previous team leadership/supervisory experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
