Lodestone Recruitment are currently working with a well-established, rapidly growing manufacturing company, whoa re looking for a skilled quality engineer to join their team. They are a company with a great reputation for looking after their staff, putting them at the heart of everything they do.

The role

Inspect incoming components against drawings and specs, including dimensional checks and cert verification.

Manage non-conformances, including NCRs, containment and disposition.

Lead root cause investigations (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and corrective actions.

Be the main quality contact for the OEM customer and key suppliers.

Maintain the ISO 9001 QMS, traceability, calibration and audit activity.

Help set up quality processes for a new facility and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Need

Previous experience as a quality engineer (or similar) in manufacturing or supply chain.

Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and confidence with inspection equipment.

Hands-on NCR, root cause and corrective action experience.

ISO 9001 background.

Organised, detail-focused individual.
