Our client is an award-winning national consultancy with multiple offices. Their Bristol office is looking for an experienced civil engineer to come in and build a team around them. Initially you will be at associate level and will be offered fast track to promotion opportunities.

About you:

Strong technical experience, skills and knowledge
Good local connections
Keen to become involved in business development
Able to manage and build a team
Sound judgement and good industry knowledge
Experience overseeing projects, managing resource and budget
At least 5 years' UK experience

Whilst there is a readymade workload, the successful candidate will have the desire to become involved in business development.

Initially it is envisaged much of your time will be spent in the office, as you grow the team around you, but this is flexible.

If you have consultancy experience on major drainage schemes, knowledge of industry standard software and can provide practical, efficient and innovative solutions to engineering problems - our client will want to meet you.
