Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager or Account Director to join a growing brand activation and events agency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. You'll work across experiential activations and live events, helping to deliver exceptional experiences for leading consumer brands.

About the Company

An established and growing brand activation and events agency with a strong reputation for delivering experiential campaigns and live events for leading drinks and FMCG brands. The business manages projects end-to-end, combining strategy, production, logistics and activation under one roof, supported by proprietary technology and customer insight tools.

About the Role

This is a highly commercial, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of brand partnerships, projects and budgets while helping to deliver impactful activations and events. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept through to execution, build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for growth while ensuring work is delivered on brief, on budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term client relationships and understand client business objectives.
• Lead experiential activations and event projects from concept through to delivery.
• Manage quotations, budgets, forecasting, invoicing and project profitability.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and added value.
• Utilise technology, insight and data to improve performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate specialist teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Experience within experiential marketing, events, hospitality, sales, project management or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Could suit an experienced Account Executive ready to step up, an Account Manager, Account Director, Project Manager or Events professional.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously.
