Account Manager - Experiential Events Agency

Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Contract: 12-month FTC, with potential to extend or go perm

We're working with a brilliant creative experiential agency delivering standout brand experiences for some of the biggest names in lifestyle, culture and entertainment.

They're looking for a talented, commercially minded Account Manager to join their client services team, taking ownership of key client relationships and helping deliver exciting campaigns, brand experiences and live activations.

The Role

• Manage and develop client relationships, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact.
• Oversee account planning, project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Work closely with creative and production teams to deliver brilliant brand experiences.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Support financial forecasting, profitability and account performance.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and contribute to pitches and proposals.
• Bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking and a proactive approach to client challenges.

About You

• Proven account management experience within an experiential oreventsagency.
• Experience delivering brand campaigns or live experiences from concept through to completion.
• Strong client relationship skills with a commercial mindset.
• Confident managing budgets, forecasting and account profitability.
• An excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about brands, culture, entertainment and creating memorable experiences.
