We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Waiter to join the talented Food & Beverage team at a stunning luxury country house hotel in Hampshire. Our client is a stunning, award-winning luxury country house hotel set within over 400 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside. This beautifully restored Georgian property offers an exceptional collection of dining experiences, with a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability and ingredients grown on its own farm and biodynamic market garden. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience centred around open-fire cooking, celebrating the simplicity and flavour of exceptional seasonal produce. With a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and a passionate culinary team, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a restaurant that offers something genuinely different. The restaurant is open for evening service and Saturday lunch.

The Person

The successful Restaurant Waiter will have:

• Previous experience as a Waiter within a luxury hotel, quality restaurant or fine-dining environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality
• An interest in seasonal food, quality ingredients and produce-led dining
• Good food and beverage knowledge, with a willingness to continue learning
• The confidence to engage with guests and explain dishes and menus
• Immaculate presentation and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm, organised and professional during busy service
• A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team
• The ability to work closely with the kitchen and senior restaurant team
• A commitment to maintaining excellent restaurant standards
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ideally, a local base and access to their own transport
