The Package

• Up to £46,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday
• 42.5 hours per week
• Call-out rota - 1 in 4 weeks
• Overtime available

The Role

Working across North West and West London (NW/W postcodes), you'll be carrying out service and repair work across social housing properties.

You'll receive an average of 10–12 jobs on your PDA each day, with work efficiently planned to minimise unnecessary travelling and help you make the most of your working day.

The role also includes participation in a call-out rota, with overtime available for those looking to increase their earnings.

Experience:

• Heating: 5 years (required)
• Social Housing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• ACS (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
