We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us keep raising the bar.
The Role
You'll manage the full sales journey, from first viewing to exchange, for a portfolio of properties across our patch. You'll be the main point of contact for buyers and sellers, negotiating offers, progressing sales, and building the kind of relationships that bring repeat business and referrals. As a senior Estate Agent member of the team, you'll also support and mentor junior negotiators.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accompanied viewings and give buyers informed, honest advice about properties and the local area
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients
• Qualify buyers thoroughly, including their financial position and chain status
• Build and maintain a strong database of active buyers and proactively match them to new instructions
• Generate valuation leads and support the team in winning new instructions
• Progress sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
• Keep clients regularly updated with clear, timely feedback
• Mentor and support junior members of the sales team
• Meet and exceed individual and branch targets
• Maintain accurate records on our CRM system and comply with all relevant regulations, including AML requirements

About You

• At least 2–3 years' experience as a sales negotiator in UK residential estate agency
• A proven record of hitting targets and agreeing sales
• Confident, persuasive negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Well organised, able to manage a busy pipeline without losing attention to detail
• Client-focused, with a genuine interest in helping people move forward
• Knowledge of the Epsom, Sutton, and surrounding areas is a strong advantage
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Propertymark or NAEA qualification desirable but not essential
