The Opportunity

As a Structural Engineer, you’ll be involved in the design and delivery of a varied range of residential and commercial building projects.
Depending on your level of experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Work across projects from early concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
Undertake structural analysis and design across steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber structures.
Produce structural calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
Work closely with architects, contractors and other members of the design team.
Gain exposure to a variety of project types rather than being restricted to one particular sector.
Take on greater technical and project responsibility as you progress.
Develop your career within an established consultancy with experienced structural engineers around you.Who They're Looking For
The consultancy is open to Structural Engineers at all levels, so whether you're a Graduate taking your first step into consultancy or an experienced Senior or Associate Engineer looking for a new challenge, there are opportunities available.

You'll ideally have:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience within a structural engineering consultancy.
Experience working on residential and/or commercial building projects.
Knowledge of structural design principles and relevant design standards.
Experience with structural analysis and design software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A genuine interest in developing within the structural engineering profession.Chartership or a desire to work towards chartership will be welcomed, depending on experience.
