Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run car garage in Horley, Surrey, for the position of Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be a key member of a friendly and supportive team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
Managing appointment bookings and scheduling service jobs efficiently
Raising job cards and liaising with the Aftersales Manager
Delivering excellent customer service at the front desk
Providing administrative support, including upselling services when appropriate
Covering the front desk during busy periods as part of a dedicated team
Managing a fast-paced environment with energy, multitasking skills, and efficiencyRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Polite and professional telephone manner
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Good administrative skills and a proactive attitude
