Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours of concern.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join a specialist service that is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.

The Role

As a Specialist Support Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality support to adults with complex needs
Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing
Support daily living activities and personal development
Follow care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support strategies
Support community access and meaningful activities
Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals

About You

We're looking for someone with:

At least 12 months' experience within adult social care in the UK
Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities
Experience supporting mental health needs or behaviours of concern
Good communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work both day and night shifts

Desirable

NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
Residential care experience

Hours

Permanent full-time contract
Average 42 hours per week
12-hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
