What you'll be doing

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
• Screening and interviewing Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and keeping track of their availability.
• Coordinating placements across a fast-moving temporary desk.
• Writing and posting job adverts.
• Supporting consultants with client requirements and live vacancies.
• Making sure compliance and right-to-work checks are completed.
• Keeping accurate candidate records and activity on our internal CRM.

What we're looking for

• A graduate, or someone with experience in sales, customer service or another target-driven role.
• A confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• A resilient, proactive mindset and the motivation to succeed.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• A real interest in building a long-term career in recruitment.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
