Your New Role

We're working with an established commercial AV company that is looking to add an experienced AV Service Engineer to their team.

This is a hands-on field-based role suited to an AV Engineer who enjoys fault finding, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on customer sites, rather than being purely installation focused.

Diagnose technical issues across a range of commercial AV systems

Support customers with technical issues and provide professional on-site service
Work with existing AV installations to identify the cause of faults and implement effective solutions
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work undertaken
Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

You Will Have

Previous experience working within AV
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience diagnosing and resolving AV system issues
A hands-on approach to technical problem solving
The ability to work independently on customer sites
Good communication and customer-facing skills
A full UK driving licence

Experience with technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Dante, video conferencing, displays, audio systems and signal distribution would be beneficial, although relevant hands-on experience across commercial AV is the key requirement
