Refrigeration Engineer

Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: Around £23 per hour DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

Installation of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems

Installation and connection of refrigeration equipment and pipework

Working with refrigeration packs and associated systems

CO₂ refrigeration installation where experienced

Fault finding and commissioning support

Working from drawings and technical specifications

Completing installation and service documentation

Working safely and professionally on customer sites

Occasional call-outs as part of a shared rota

About You

Previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer

Strong commercial/industrial refrigeration installation experience

Good understanding of refrigeration systems and installation methods

CO₂ refrigeration and pack experience highly desirable

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good fault-finding and technical skills

Relevant refrigeration qualifications

Full UK driving licence

Package

Around £23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

40 hours per week

Additional hours and overtime available

Shared weekly call-out rota

Travel time paid within reasonable limits

1.5x overtime between midnight–6am and Saturdays

2x overtime on Sundays and bank holidays

Predominantly London-based work
