Locum Housing and Litigation Locum Lawyer Sellick Partnership is currently working with a public sector-focused legal organisation looking to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer on an initial 3-month contract , with the potential for extension. The organisation provides legal services primarily to local authorities and the wider public sector. The role will focus predominantly on civil litigation , with a varied caseload that may include: Housing and housing-related disputes Disrepair claims Personal injury Debt recovery Other general civil litigation matters You would be joining a well-established team with good paralegal support . The majority of matters are briefed out to counsel, although there may be an occasional requirement to attend court. However, fully remote working will be considered. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Cilex-qualified Lawyer with a proven track record of managing a broad caseload of civil litigation matters, including housing.
