Employment Law Locum

Locum Employment Solicitor Location: Lancashire / Hybrid working available Duration: Locum whilst recruiting permanently Start: ASAP We are working with a well established law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to provide locum cover whilst they recruit for a permanent appointment. The successful candidate will support the team with a varied caseload of employment law matters, covering both advisory work and litigation. Key Responsibilities: Advising on employment law matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy and TUPE. Managing employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination. Handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Drafting employment documentation and providing practical advice to clients. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. Strong employment law advisory and litigation experience. Ability to manage a caseload independently and hit the ground running. Available to start at short notice.
