Support Worker / Personal Assistant (PA) Job Ref: PUR-419-536

I am a lady living in West Bromwich who is looking for a friendly, reliable and supportive Female

Personal Assistant to help me maintain my independence at home and in the community.

I can sometimes be hard of hearing and have a broad Black Country accent, so it is important that

you speak and understand clear English and are able to communicate patiently and effectively

with me.

I require support with a range of day-to-day activities, including attending appointments,

shopping and maintaining my home environment. I am looking for someone who can provide

practical support while respecting my dignity, privacy and independence.

Hours and Rate of Pay

• 1 weekday daytime shift (day to be agreed)
• 1 to 2 evening shifts per week
• Hours to be discussed at interview
• I will also require someone who is willing to work covering other PAs Annual Leave & /or
• sickness periods on an ad hoc basis

Rate of Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Your role will involve supporting me both at home and in the community, including:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting me to attend appointments
• Accompanying me on shopping trips and community outings
• Carrying out light household duties
• Assisting with laundry and general domestic tasks
• Providing companionship and practical support
• Encouraging and supporting my independence
• Always ensuring my wellbeing and safety
