Senior Account Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key client accounts, leading the delivery of retail, shopper and brand activation campaigns from brief through to execution. You'll build trusted client relationships, oversee project delivery and play a key role in driving account growth and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and growing key FMCG and retail client accounts, becoming a trusted advisor
• Leading the delivery of shopper marketing, brand activation, retail and BTL campaigns
• Developing strategic briefs and collaborating with creative teams to deliver impactful work
• Overseeing project budgets, timelines, proposals and overall campaign performance
• Managing and mentoring junior team members while supporting their development
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

About You

You'll be an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a passion for FMCG, retail and shopper marketing. You'll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoy building long-term client relationships and have a proactive approach to delivering exceptional work.

We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Senior Account Manager within a marketing, shopper or creative agency
• A background working with FMCG, food, drink or retail brands
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent project management, organisational and communication abilities
• A proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused mindset
• Ambition to grow your career and contribute to the ongoing success of the agency
