Electrical Site Manager - Substation | Reading

Location: Reading, Berkshire

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support substation works in the Reading.

This is a great opportunity for a practical, site-focused manager who can lead a team effectively, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and keep work progressing on site.

I'm looking for someone who takes a hands-on approach to site management, enjoys working alongside operatives and subcontractors, and can balance day-to-day site leadership with the required documentation and compliance.

What you'll need:

• SR163 Site Manager qualification
• Electrical qualifications
• Previous National Grid project experience
• Current National Grid CP ticket - essential
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid and Asbestos certs
• National Grid trained operative
• Proven substation experience - essential
