Legal for Lettings, based in Lincoln, is seeking an experienced people leader to head a team of Legal Support Assistants and Paralegals. You will drive a high-performance culture, coach staff, and partner with senior leadership to evolve the department in a growing firm.
Ideal candidates bring 12+ months’ team leadership in a regulated environment and experience in landlord/tenant law or similar practice areas.
