Schillings is looking for an Operations & Resource Management Lead for the Legal team. You will oversee resourcing, allocation of fee earners, and system administration of the Resource Management platform, in close partnership with the Head of Fee-Earning Operations & Resourcing and Legal Directors.
You will drive capacity planning, data-driven insights and continuous improvement to support efficient, high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
