Head of Finance

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded finance professional to join a large, complex organisation in a senior business partnering capacity.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide strategic financial insight, robust investment appraisal, commercial challenge and decision support across a range of growth and development initiatives. This is a highly visible role where you will influence key business decisions, helping to drive sustainable growth and long-term financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice and commercial insight to senior stakeholders
• Lead financial modelling, business cases, investment appraisal and scenario planning
• Support costing, pricing and investment decisions to ensure sustainable growth
• Challenge and influence decision-making through robust financial analysis
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, ensuring appropriate governance and controls
• Partner with operational and specialist teams to deliver value-adding financial support

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially focused with experience of investment appraisal and financial modelling
• Able to translate complex financial information into clear business insights
• Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with strong accounting and financial management expertise
