Presales Solutions Architect – AI Business Solutions

What you'll be doing:

The Presales Solutions Architect - AI Business Solutions is a trusted advisor helping customers define, design and adopt technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working with Sales and the wider Practice teams, the role provides technical leadership from discovery and solution design through to adoption planning, transition and value realisation.

Domain focus: Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Endpoint and End-User Device Management, collaboration, employee experience and AI-enabled productivity.

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business goals, challenges and transformation priorities
• Design outcome-focused Microsoft 365, Copilot and Modern Workplace solutions, turning requirements into clear recommendations and roadmaps
• Deliver engaging customer workshops, demonstrations, executive briefings and technical presentations
• Provide technical leadership throughout the sales process, helping shape solutions, proposals, bids and strategic opportunities
• Design solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform and Intune
• Lead Copilot, Microsoft 365 and endpoint readiness assessments, including envisioning and use-case workshops
• Shape endpoint and end-user device strategies covering Windows, application delivery, compliance and device lifecycle
• Advise customers on security, compliance, governance, Responsible AI and information architecture
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Security and specialist teams to identify risks and ensure a smooth transition into delivery
• Define pilots and proofs of value, supporting adoption and helping customers measure productivity improvements and business value

• Are experienced in either presales, solution architecture, consulting or technical advisory roles in a Microsoft environment
• Can demonstrate experience leading customer discovery and solution-shaping engagements
• Are experienced influencing senior business and technical stakeholders
• Can provide evidence of supporting complex sales cycles through successful handover
• Are committed to continual professional development and hold relevant Microsoft certifications.
