Lead Masterplanning & Infrastructure Integration

Mott MacDonald is seeking a leader in project programme and commercial management to join the Buildings Unit in the Cities Studio. You will shape masterplans, infrastructure-led projects, and urban regeneration with a multi-disciplinary team across design, engineering, economics and planning.

Working in a hybrid setup, you’ll lead bids, manage client interfaces, and deliver strategic planning advice from concept through to delivery, with a focus on long-term UK masterplanning and value creation
