Founding FDE

Praxic is an applied AI lab building the future of defensive cybersecurity for enterprises and governments.

You will

• Embed deeply with customers. Configuring set up and ensuring short term objectives are established and exceeded.
• Build with customers. Writing code, deploying, creating and configuring agents - always with client objectives front of mind.
• Advise product development. Deployed insights will form a central part of how we develop our central offering - you will help define productisation pathways and priorities.
• Scale the outcome. We don't hire "org-builders"; our focus is an elite, high performing team - but a successful hire will demonstrate clear ROI and work with us to build the requisite team to continually scale what we can achieve.

You must have

• Software Development Fundamentals. You build at speed but with a view to scale; you are as adept in an engineering context as in a client setting.
• Commercial Accumen. This is a build, not a sales role - but you must have demonstrable commercial instincts and the ability to think about product holistically
• Practical AI fluency. You are "pilled" and default AI-first in everything you do and have experience building commercial agentic workflows
• A sharp mind and exceptional hunger. We will only consider candidates who have consistently excelled professionally and academically, but more than anything have true grit and the desire to build something incredible.
