We are currently recruiting for a temporary ongoing Internal Sales Administrator to join our client's team based near Swineshead.

Hours of Work

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

£13.00 per hour

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with customers and members of the team, providing clear and professional communication.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring requirements are met and responses are provided promptly.
• Preparing and issuing customer quotations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Following up quotations by telephone and developing positive customer relationships.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience is maintained throughout the sales process.
• Acting as a point of contact for customer queries and resolving issues effectively.
• Understanding customer needs and responding appropriately to questions, requests and requirements.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
