Rural Community Staff Nurse (Band 5) - Wound & Palliative

NHS Jobs is seeking a Community Staff Nurse (Band 5) for a Rural District Nursing team. You will work closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality care across a range of health conditions and to prevent avoidable hospital admissions.

The role includes delivering wound care, palliative and end-of-life care, leg ulcer management, continence and catheter care, and administration of injections such as insulin and B12. AI monitoring is noted in the recruitment process.
