AI UX & Product Design Evaluator

Mercor is collaborating with a leading AI research organization to recruit experienced UI/UX and product designers. You will define what excellent design work looks like by creating task-specific grading criteria and scoring samples with rigorous written justifications.

You will apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible, iterating on feedback from senior reviewers to improve the evaluation process and outcomes.
