Regional Marketing Executive

Join Forge Holiday Group as a Regional Marketing Executive!

We're looking for a Regional Marketing Executive to join our Regional Marketing team and help drive brand growth and property owner leads across Wales. If you're a proactive marketer with a passion for delivering engaging campaigns, building strong relationships and making a real impact across multiple brands, we'd love to hear from you.

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
• Reporting to our Regional Marketing Manager
• Part of our Regional Marketing Team

What you'll be doing:

• Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across our regional brands
• Create engaging content across digital, social, web, print and direct marketing channels
• Help drive property owner leads and portfolio growth across Wales
• Deliver day-to-day online and offline marketing activity aligned to business objectives
• Build relationships with owners, estate agents, land agents, developers and key stakeholders
• Organise and attend events, exhibitions and trade shows, representing our family of brands
• Generate new marketing ideas to support lead generation and brand awareness
• Work with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver effective campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Collaborate with wider regional and head office marketing teams on shared initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Experience working within a marketing team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Confidence working independently and using your own initiative
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• IT literacy and willingness to learn new systems and tools
• A passion for marketing and delivering results
• Full UK Driving Licence

Standout experience:

• Knowledge of the Wales tourism and holiday letting market
• Good understanding of the Welsh region and local communities
• Experience supporting events and exhibitions
• Experience creating content across a variety of marketing channels
• Knowledge of lead generation or property acquisition marketing
