Assistant Store Manager — Lead Customer Excellence & Growth

The British Heart Foundation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Corby home store. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, help lead a team of staff and volunteers, and ensure the store delivers an outstanding customer journey.

This role requires flexibility to work 35 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays, and a commitment to the charity’s values, fundraising, and high retail standards across both physical and digital channels.
