Profit Protection Lead — Loss Prevention & Stores

Reiss is seeking a Profit Protection Manager to shape and deliver the loss prevention strategy across stores and offices. You will partner with the Head of Retail Operations to protect people and profit, travelling to stores and sites as required.

You will lead data-driven investigations, implement practical controls, and embed a culture of accountability. A dynamic leader, you will influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the business.
