National Museums is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Manager to drive growth across retail, catering and venue hire. The role reports to the Head of Commercial and Business Growth and you will operate in a hybrid pattern between home and our offices including the head office in Merchant City.
You will set strategic direction, lead customer-focused teams in key sectors, and align priorities with finance, supply chain, marketing and procurement to deliver measurable outcomes.
