About the role

VidaCorp is seeking an experienced Digital Paid Media Manager to lead MCoBeauty’s paid media strategy and performance across the UK and Europe.

This role will own the planning, buying and optimisation of paid media campaigns across social, search and other digital channels, driving traffic, customer acquisition, engagement and sales. Working closely with Brand, Social, Influencer, eCommerce and Creative teams, the Digital Paid Media Manager will ensure campaigns are commercially effective, creatively engaging and aligned with wider brand objectives.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role suited to an experienced digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn performance insights into measurable growth.

The role will be based in London and the candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across social, search and other digital channels.
• Lead campaign planning, media buying, activation and ongoing optimisation across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Optimise campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, customer acquisition and return on investment.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring activity is launched accurately, on time and in line with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring performance aligns with ROAS and wider commercial targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly reporting on key metrics, trends and opportunities.
• Use data and performance insights to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
• Define paid media creative requirements, including formats, platform specifications and usage needs.
• Work closely with internal Creative teams and UGC agencies to brief, evaluate and optimise campaign assets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Influencer and eCommerce teams to ensure an integrated approach across channels.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, platform partners and other digital suppliers.
• Stay ahead of emerging platforms, industry developments and paid media best practices.

Skills & Experience

• At least five years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media, eCommerce or performance marketing.
• Experience within beauty, retail, FMCG or another fast-paced consumer brand is highly desirable.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok, with experience across channels such as YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Experience developing, executing and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, conversion and ROAS.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
• Experience managing significant media budgets and external agency or platform relationships.
• Strong creative judgement and an understanding of effective paid media content.
• Clear communicator with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
