What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and starting conversations with decision-makers across a range of industries.

You'll:

• Prospect and engage businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn and video outreach
• Generate opportunities for our recruitment, sales training and apprenticeship solutions
• Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers
• Learn modern B2B sales techniques from industry experts
• Collaborate closely with experienced sales professionals and leadership
• Help organisations solve one of their biggest challenges: finding and developing great sales talent

You'll also have the opportunity to cross-sell a range of solutions, including AI and technology apprenticeship programmes, giving you exposure to fast-growing areas of the market.
