Global Risk & Reputation Communications Lead

Preply is seeking a Risk & Reputation Communications Manager to protect and strengthen our global reputation as we scale. You will lead communications planning and response for emerging issues, reputational risks and sensitive topics across Preply.

This role sits in Brand and collaborates with Legal, Trust & Safety, CX, Product and senior leadership. You will build crisis playbooks, centralised messaging libraries and proactive reputation strategies to safeguard learners and tutors
