Acquisition Growth Lead — Subscriptions (GW & HEX)

Immediate is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to own subscriber acquisition for Gardeners' World and History Extra. You will shape the funnel, work with Brand, Product and Tech teams, and drive growth across print and digital subscriptions.

You will partner with Performance Marketing on paid channels, optimise CAC and LTV, and balance new customer volume with long-term value. The role offers hybrid working in the UK.
