This is a newly created opportunity for an E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to take ownership of the online B2C side of an established specialist consumer business going through a major period of change and growth.

The business has recently been acquired by a global organisation and has big plans for its brands. They now need someone who can bring fresh ideas, commercial thinking and a modern digital marketing approach to the business.

This isn't about simply maintaining a website & tinkering with Canva. You'll have the freedom to look at what's there, work out what's working, identify what's outdated and help shape where the business goes next.

THE ROLE

Own and develop the B2C e-commerce operation
Develop social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns
Improve the website, online customer journey and product presentation
Identify new customer, product and revenue opportunities
Use sales and customer data to spot trends and drive growth
Explore new marketing channels, partnerships and ideas
Work with external web/digital partners and know the right questions to ask
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service and operations

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, digitally savvy and full of marketing ideas.

You could come from e-commerce, D2C, digital marketing, specialist retail, commercial development or a similar consumer-focused environment.

You’ll ideally have 3 7 years' relevant experience and a degree/diploma, but solid experience and a proven track record will count for more than a qualification.
