Job Overview

A growing B2B events business is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who’s confident delivering multi‑channel campaigns, writing great copy, and supporting high‑impact events that drive real engagement.

Working closely with the wider team and reporting to Head of Marketing, you’ll support email, social and website management, stakeholder communications and event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital and print
• Writing engaging, on‑brand copy for emails, websites, ads, social posts and event materials
• Managing website updates and ensuring Embassy is accurate and SEO‑friendly
• Creating and sending segmented email campaigns, tracking performance and optimising over time
• Scheduling and posting content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Supporting paid digital and social campaigns as needed
• Liaising with media partners, sponsors and exhibitors on marketing deliverables
• Assisting with campaign reporting, audience analysis, and lead nurturing
• Providing marketing support before dispositivo during live events

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B or events
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Experience working with CMS tools and social scheduling platforms
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve performance
