The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers with their global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.
About the Role:
HGV Class 2 Driver - Main duties and requirements are:
Managing the delivery process from site to customer of fresh, ambient and frozen products
Manual handling of cages
Ensuring your load is safe and secure
Completion of delivery device
Newly Passed accepted
Maximum 6 points accepted ( No DD/ DR/DG / BA/CD/TT99 offences)
Working Hours:
5 shifts on, 3 shifts off
Night shifts start times vary between 02:00 and 05:00
Pay:
Day Standard rate of £18.00 per hour
Night Standard rate of £20.00 per hour
What We're Looking For:
Valid HGV UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
In-date CPC and Digi card
Comfortable working on highways and in physically demanding environments
