We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business based in Heckington for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The Role
This is a varied position, with approximately:
80% Production line and warehouse duties
Daily responsibilities include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse.
Bulking off nuts into 1-tonne bulk bags and 25kg sacks.
Supporting the production line with general manufacturing duties.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality and food safety.
Following all health and safety procedures.
To be considered for this role you must:
Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (In house not accepted)
Be reliable, committed and looking for long-term employment.
Be physically fit due to the manual handling involved.
Be comfortable working within a fast-paced food production environment.
Have excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Have no allergies to peanuts or tree nuts.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
12 hour shifts
60 hours a week
Two 30 Mins Breaks per shifts (one paid one unpaid)
