Brand & Marketing Designer (Flexible 2-3 Days/Week, Hybrid)

NOVA Wealth in London is seeking a design/marketing operations specialist to own the design system and assets, turning briefs from wealth, mortgage, and wellbeing teams into campaign creative.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape the design system as NOVA grows, and support brand, design, and marketing outputs in a FCA-regulated fintech environment. Flexible hours; 2-3 days per week; 1 day in the office; initial 6‑month term; hourly rate to be discussed.
