What You'll Be Doing

As the Global Affiliate Lead, you will own the growth and evolution of Avon's global affiliate and creator programme, helping establish it as a significant acquisition, revenue, and advocacy channel. You'll be responsible for scaling an affiliate ecosystem that connects creators, influencers, customers, publishers, and partners across multiple markets, while driving measurable commercial performance. Working cross-functionally with teams across Digital Commerce, Paid Media, Brand, CRM, Social, and local markets, you'll develop strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen creator engagement, and expand Avon's presence in the social commerce landscape. This role offers the opportunity to build, innovate, and influence at a global scale while delivering meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management, governance, and commercial performance of Avon's affiliate programme through Awin, including commission structures, compliance, reporting, and optimisation.
• Drive programme expansion into new international markets and evaluate opportunities to onboard additional affiliate platforms and solutions.
• Recruit, activate, and grow a diverse network of creators, micro and nano-influencers, loyal customers, brand advocates, and affiliate partners through scalable recruitment initiatives.
• Develop creator toolkits, campaign assets, engagement programmes, and community-building initiatives that encourage authentic content creation and long-term advocacy.
• Build partnerships with creator platforms, networks, and marketplaces to support international growth and accelerate creator recruitment.
• Own and optimise key performance metrics, including revenue, traffic, CAC, CLTV, ROI, and overall channel profitability through ongoing testing and optimisation.
• Partner with Paid Media, CRM, Social, and other digital teams to ensure channel alignment, effective attribution, and governance across the wider ecosystem.
• Oversee affiliate platform integrations, tracking validation, budget management, brand protection, and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Essential

• 4-6+ years in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate, or partnerships, ideally in beauty, retail or DTC
• Proven track record recruiting, activating and retaining creator and influencer networks (macro through nano), and turning those relationships into measurable revenue
• Hands‑on experience running or scaling an affiliate programme end to end: network management (Awin, Rakuten, Impact, CJ or similar), commission strategy, recruitment, compliance and reporting
• Commercial fluency: comfortable owning revenue, CAC, CLTV, ROI and commission economics, and making margin‑aware trade-offs, not just chasing volume
• Experience building partnerships with creator platforms, networks or marketplaces to unlock growth
• Genuine grasp of where the creator economy and social commerce are heading (TikTok Shop, the convergence of affiliate and creator monetisation)
• Ability to build enablement (toolkits, briefs, content frameworks) that drives authentic content at scale across markets
• Strong cross‑functional and stakeholder skills across brand, social, CRM, paid and local markets
• Comfortable operating across multiple international markets at different stages of digital maturity

Desirable

• Experience in a direct-selling, network or community-driven model (relevant to Avon's Rep ecosystem)
• Understanding of attribution and incrementality where channels overlap
• Global or multi-market remit
