Content Creator, Creative Editor – Paid Social

Create scroll-stopping visual content for paid social
Develop visual concepts, hooks, creative references, and editing styles for Meta and TikTok
Own visual content production and execution as part of a creative duo with a Social Media Manager
Work across international, multi-market accounts for a globally recognised food delivery brand
Explore generative AI tools and automated workflow engines to streamline high-volume content production
Lead visual direction and hooks before briefing to streamline pre-production
Integrate partner feedback and align cross-functional stakeholders
Manage asset lifecycles from initial capture through final deployment
Develop modular design templates and scalable asset variation pipelines
Produce animation treatments, motion graphics, and video cuts in After Effects
Apply layout, typography, and colour hierarchy to improve paid social performance
Create static, lo-fi native TikTok, vertical video, and multi-format assets
Develop visual hooks, pacing, and native on-screen text to increase engagement
Adapt visual elements across ad placements and formats to prevent ad fatigue
Self-produce vertical video shoots and accelerate time to market

Requirements

• UK Right to Work already held
• Able to attend the London office 3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday
• Mid-to-senior level creative experience with real autonomy and ability to work independently with varied stakeholders
• Proven experience in social media content creation, motion graphics, or a closely related discipline
• Strong portfolio of social-first, high-volume, multi-format paid social content for Meta and TikTok across international, multi-market accounts
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with mobile-first editing platforms such as CapCut
• Proactive AI literacy and experience integrating emerging tools and automated workflow engines into creative processes
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Firefly, CapCut, and Midjourney
• Experience with automated workflow platforms such as Celtra, Automated Creative, or Smartly
• Experience in self-production, lo-fi shoot execution, and mobile-first capturing techniques
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative, ego-free approach to creative work
• Understanding of measurable performance outcomes, click-through rates, and campaign conversions
